    Hi, It gets their from the CU in the house via the RCD which is also in the house, then via a trench down the side of the garden and into the wall behind the garage CU!

    My Neighbour has built (I use that term loosely) a conservatory which looks more like an extension, to me its looks a bit too close to my extension? And the plastic roof of theirs is packed with expanding foam which overlaps my tiled roof! See pictures below. Your thoughts. #whatbuildingregs

    Could i spur off from a FCU or should i forget about the spur its just i need to power the washing machine as well asthe boiler or can i get a double FCU?

    After crimping and then extending to the spured socket would i need to heatshrink or could i wrap with a good electrical bonding tape...or not necessary!

    Will need to try and flush fit the junction box into the wall as much as possible which junction box would you recommend..."CHOCKBOX" or not and would i still be able to keep the spur that comes off from this after replacement?
