    Plastering chimney breast

    Hi guys the plaster on my chimney breast has blown and so plan to remove this section and dot n dab a new board on to the exposed brickwork.Would using a sheet of fire resistant board help to prevent the cracking and blowing in the future due to the heat from the stove. Thanks in advance guys.
