I have a very old but good Mercedes car radio, I also have the correct code to get it working. I want to install it in my caravan but without using the code as the battery is disconnected several times a year. Does the sticking it in the freezer work or is it a fallacy?? Thanks JonB

Please help My 32" Toshiba TV has just lost its picture 6 months out of a 3 year warranty. If I play a tape or DVD the sound comes but no picture. If I put Teletext on it works fine. If you change channel the on screen display works. I have heard that repairs recon they don't mend any more...

Not sure which Forum to put this. Item in todays Daily Mail about Radio stations going digital. Ok I know you can buy digital radios for the home but what happens with the Car radio, I have seen no mention of digital car sets or digi boxes to convert them. Anyone any ideas? :?: JonB

I have a leaking steel heater pipe which I can replace with 15mm copper. Will car antifreeze have any bad effect to the copper. Thanks JonB
