Had artexed ceiling skimmed 2 years ago. On removing loose plaster from a crack along the ceiling edge (at joint with wall) I discovered an area of broken loose plaster pieces rattling around in the original ceiling.
What should I do to mend it? I don't want to remove the loose pieces as...
