    Bay window pillar

    Our bay window pillar is cracking. Its one that is next to the wall. Not sure if its stone or concrete. Does anyone know where I can get a new bay window pillar and are they easy to fit. Or has anyone tried to cast one them self. Thanks

    Render cracks

    I have a few cracks in the external render, not major just obviously need something done to them. Should I use sand & cement mix or is there something more flexible with better adhesion Thanks

    High patio

    My house seems to have the patio rather high. The walls are rendered and the bell mouth at the bottom has a small gap between it and the patio, water seems to get into this area. Would it be ok to seal this gap off so that no water gets in to cause damage. Thanks

    Block pave

    drain whole system or not

    No hot water heating fine

    My ideal classic in the kitchen fires up when the heating is needed but if the hot water is required the boiler does not fire. The honeywell timer switch lights when put on continuous but thats all. I can get hot water if i use the imersion heater. Any ideas please Thanks BR

    Range oven not sparking
