    Morning all, I had holes in my ceiling plasterboard where cables where pulled in.. it was filled but looks a mess.. needs filling again and sanding back. Any recommendations on the filler to use? Thanks

    Wallpapering

    Hi all, This wall had wall paper on, but it was scraped off and ended up marked (See Picture) Then it was just painted over in silk.. I'm planning on wallpapering it again, I know I'll have to sand the silk down.. But will the wall paper be okay the way the wall is and around the sockets? TIA

    Tiles around Velux

    Hi all, Had a cowboy in doing my garage conversion... He left along list of things incomplete. Just wanted an opinion on the velux tiling. It looks dog rough to me... But it's a low angle so might be fine to a professional? Just don't want it letting damp in. Any advice would be great...

    Morning all, I have two give controllers, up and downstairs. Up stairs is working but downstairs is not kicking the boiler in? The receiver by the danfoss valves Is a solid green so is communicating with the thermostat? Any ideas? Mark

    I'm building a small patio but it has flags either side already. The fall of the flags go left and right.. so as I'm building flags in the middle what's the best way to create a slope without having a step to the old flags? Also my MOT will be 100mm and 50mm sand cement... So dig down 186mm ...

    Hi all, If you get a small belt of a appliance, ie. dishwasher. How do you test the metal casing to see what voltage, if any is running through it ? Obviously with a multimeter, but where is the probe not touching the casing ? Thank you all..

    10mm not 15mm ‍♂️

    Divy here thought his cold water feed was 15mm.. so bought a 15mm - 1/4" reducing tee to plumb a fridge. It's 10mm!! I've already cut it so stuck a stop end on. What options do I have as I can't find a 10mm - 1/4" reducing tee... Do I get some 15mm pipe and use 15mm - 10mm reducers ? ‍♂️

    New Wall

    Shelving above TV

    Hi Can anyone help? I have the attached shelves to go above the TV.. there will be 2 butt up together. The thing is it is these rubbish fixings on the back, and it will be a stud wall.. I have marked where the studs are.. Any advice in fixing securely?? Thanks Mark
