Arditex NA down in garage. What floor covering can I use?

My plans to paint the garage floor have gone out the door as I now realise that you cant really paint onto Arditex NA, and it is only a sub-floor. Shows how clueless I am. What floor covering options have I got? I see there are garage tiles, and big rolls of vinyl, but the videos on YouTube...

What can I use for a garage floor paint over Arditex NA self leveling?

I had a very rough and damaged garage floor, so used Arditex NA self levelling. Floor looks nice and smooth now. I would like to paint it (or seal it??), but am very confused as lots of paints say to not use on self levelling. Can you please suggest what I can use to paint/seal Arditex NA self...

Is it too cold to apply latex smoothing compound on garage floor?

Screeder wants to put down a latex smoothing compound on our garage floor on Friday, but the weather says -1C to 9C. The following few days show temperatures of 3C to 8C and then 0C to 9C. Is this fine, or am I asking for trouble?? Garage is not insulated.

What can I do to my garage floor?

My garage concrete floor (1930s house) is very rough in places and there is lots of dust - there is always dust no matter how much I sweep it up. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to improve the floor. I have seen things online about resin and self levelling and paint. I just need...

Why is this brick different to the others and does it need fixing/replacing?

One of the bricks in my garage seems to be crumbling. It is below the DPC. This is a 1930s house and this wall is shared with the house. What is wrong with this one brick and does it need to be fixed/replaced?

    Endoscope down blocked toilet

A very late response, but thought I'd update this question in case anyone else struggles with a frequently blocked toilet. I finally got a local drainage company in and they put a camera up the waste pipe. The picture below is inside the waste pipe, looking towards a T-junction where the toilet...

How to fix bookcase to wall when stud wall screw is in the way?

Hmm .. don't tell me it's that simple! (Where is the facepalm emoji when I need it?!) OK, I have checked and the short bit is not quite long enough (the back of the bookcase is not quite against the wall). But I guess I just need to go out and buy an L bracket with two long sides.

How to fix bookcase to wall when stud wall screw is in the way?

I am trying to fix an Ikea Billy bookcase to a stud wall. I have found the studs by using magnets to find the screws. Unfortunately it looks like the screws are at the exact height that I need to fix my L-bracket to the wall. How can I fix this bookcase to the wall if stud wall screws are in the...
