Hi all, just renovating an old terrace house and came across this under a layer of old wallpaper in 2 rooms. I started to strip it but the top layer comes off leaving the sandy /shiny textured pattern. This is a white dusty material. Just worried it's asbestos... My plan is to wet and remove...
