In my UPVC door on the side there is a alarm system which i am clueless about. I even asked a locksmith who said he has not seen this alarm in his life. Google also has no clue on this. Does anybody have any info on how to set and use this alarm. Pics attached.

Hi, I have a tap head which has come loose and is wobbly. It works fine and turns the tap on and off. I am not able to find any screw to tighten it. There are no screws around the tap head or on top of it. I have added the pic of the tap. Any help please.

Ideally the door handle should be in horizontal to open and to lock it should be turned up. The picture shows how it should be. Somehow without the door locked, the handle is turned up. Now i am not able to turn the handle in any direction. Any suggestions?
