    termination tightness

Well it's not like tightening your car wheel nuts. The best I can think off (although I've done it 1000's of times) is, slowly tighten until you feel resistance then give another 1/8 turn. If you can pull the cable out it's obviously too loose. Its not an exact science.

    Consumer Unit Replacement

You're more of a spark than the crook you employed. All experienced straightforward electricians always test before changing a cu, this so they can repair faults that would prevent the new cu operating. The ones that don't test before are crooks and should be thrown out of the industry. You...

Request for help in removing ceiling roses & consealling connectors when fitting room spots

That could be a problem. In many flats the ceiling is part of the building fire protection system, and therefore it is not permissable to make holes in the ceilings. You should check with your landlord/deeds as to what is permissable. You could end up in serious trouble if you adversly effect...

    Consumer Unit Replacement

That's similar to what i would have done, removing the back box of the old board was a totally stupid thing to do. But we are where we are! I would extend the remaining conduits using https://www.edwardes.co.uk/en/categories/adaptors-knock-on-steel. Your spark could then fit a box/boxes large...

My mistake, my education was complete, and I was right you described a fictitious circuit that has never existed because it would never work. Because it is not required. So what do they do with it, just leave it hanging around?

    Getting new electrics rechecked?

If you didn't, demand it now, it is your right, you have paid for it, and without it your property is devalued.

Main Trip Switch Tripped, All Power lost, electric cooker element.

No he won't be an engineer or a qualified electrician, he will be a spare part fitter. It seems you have a dedicated cooker circuit which is not being used, and your cooker is connected "somehow" through a plug and socket. What are the cooker details? and can you post a pic of your consumer...
