    Snow in loft

    Weep vents?

    Dear all, Would weep vents help these bricks dry out. There is no air bricks in the house and this area just doesn't dry out. Or could I just drill some holes? Cheers.

    Extractor fan ducting

    My bathroom extractor started leaking today. I removed the extractor fan and the ducting. So the ducting on the inside is dry. However the insulation (middle sectoin) is soaking and dripping wet. Any idea how this could have happened? Should I replace? As a point the ducting is about 1.5 m...
