    Roof missing gutter

    Ello, had new fascia and gutter installed and there's now insufficient overhang causing a waterfall down side of house. Roofer suggesting eaves guard will resolve but just want to get some opinion on this. As can see from pic there's barely a cm overhang.

    Insulating bricked doorway

    About to have external kitchen door bricked up and builder has advised rockwool roll between the breeze block and outer brick. Any advice on best value insulation? Its an old house with solid walls so no cavity insulation elsewhere but thinking this will help with damp proofing?
