Hello, the forend part of the lock measures only 100mm and seems to sit deeper - the standard lever locks I can find measure 150mm so a bit taller but they also seem less deep. I’ve added a picture of the door handle which I’m also trying to replace in case this looks familiar to anyone! thanks

There is a crack showing up in the lintel above my front door, most prominent at the bottom but faint line all the way up to a window. Does anyone know how much I would expect a builder to pay to get this fixed? And should I try getting it repaired or just get it replaced? Thank you!

Hello I have a vertical crack under the stairs - do I need to get a builder in to look at this or do you think I can fill in the gap with polyfilla and that would work? The render is also blown at the point where the stairs meet the wall so I was thinking I might just plaster over to make it...
