Baxi 105e instant DHW weird fault

Boiler has recently started playing up now and again. If one of us has a shower, then we can not get any hot water for around 30 minutes or so. All the temperature lights are lit, indicating the water temperature is 80+ degrees, but it's cold at the tap. When it's showing all these lights, the...

    Candy Grand 482/2-80 not working

As above, machine shows no fault code via flashing lights, allows water into the drum as per usual, and then that is it, nothing after that. My wife says it has worked on "hand wash" once since this fault started. Pump works as it should, so the machine will drain. Haven't yet seen the drum...

Hi There should be no problem running pipes underground, that in itself is fairly common practice. However you might like to consider what happens if you get a burst... I don't know much about plastic pipes, but I have in the past seen quite rapid corrosion of copper pipes when placed...

Baxi 105e pressure rising - wierd!!!

Hi Thanks for the promp replies guys, much appreciated. Ok if it's the plate heat exchanger, then where is this, is it accessible? If so, then is it a professional job to repair or can it be DIY'd? What should I expect to pay for the parts? ANY advice would be most welcome. Cheers...

Baxi 105e pressure rising - wierd!!!

Hi We've got a baxi 105 instant e combi. The pressure keeps rising, about 1bar a week at present. I thought the filling loop valve might be passing, so I took it off, and bizarrely the pressure continues to rise. I can only assume water is crossing over somehow from the dhw system into the ch...

BAXI 105 HE PRESSURE KEEPS FALLING

Hi Had this same problem about a year ago. Turns out that I have too many radiators/too large a system for the internal expansion vessel to cope with. Get a supplementary expansion vessel and tee this off the system somewhere conveniently discrete. Then replace the PRV as this is probably no...
