The front jets on my VP ignite with a very low flame. Already changed burner plate and gas inlet unit but it hasn’t improved the situation. Gas pressure has also been checked. any suggestions please.

My garage had been built directly on concrete and has developed seepage between wall and floor. I'm wanting to put a concrete fillet along the wall and I was thinking of painting with bitumen first. Could I then lay the concrete fillet on top ?
