Hi all I have an optimist dimplex fire, all of a sudden it doesn’t turn on. I don’t use the optimist function, so it’s not that! Changed the fuse, nothing. I don’t want to scrap it.... or is it doomed! Thank you

Hi I have a pewter fire insert. It’s just for aesthetics! It has a marble surround. There’s a gap between the insert and the surround. Any ideas on how I can fill this gap please?is there some kind of flexible edging ?! Thanks

Hi all I have a Victorian house with porcelain door nobs. I took it apart and the spindle has no holes in it, should it have? I can’t see how this handle can stay on when the only thing securing it is a little tiny screw. Thank you
