    Baxi 105he water pressure problem

    Hi. I have a baxi 105he boiler. Pressure is around 0.4 bar so very low. When heating runs it goes up to around 3 bar. If I run the hot water at the same time the pressure goes up to around 3.3 bar and water comes out the pressure overflow pipe. What would cause this? Thanks

    Socket screw caps question?

    More and more I see sockets without the cover caps over holding screws. I think they look terrible without because of the design of hole. Just looks like they are missing. Why use that type if your not going to fit caps? Opinions

    Plug and switch height on rewire

    Question I always thought the height of sockets and switches on old houses (1970s) could remain at same height with rewire as not a new property. Seen rewires recently where sockets have been raised and customers are not happy. Is this the regulations now? Thanks
