    Either the wall is wholly on your property or the side of your house is built on theirs, isn’t that edging in line with the corner of your building actually the boundary

    :unsure:Oh I don’t know, saving the OP from sounding like a complete fool by asking a roofer to fix his bay with soakers, sounds more helpful than suggesting he needs soakers to fix his bay :cool:

    Just realised I have a soaker in the the van, it’s code 4 300mm x 6m but as it’s an off cut from the pressed roll apparently it’s a soaker :ROFLMAO:

    Could be because what you decide is not a soaker, just a bit of dressed lead ?
