hi pips! i have a customer that i do fire alarms and e/m lighting for, she lets her propertys out.. she has asked me to do the inspections, i assume that you do a visual inspection and not a test! do i have to be PART P? can i pick the certs up from the wholeseller? also if i can do this...

i had a none starting berlingo, i took in to the main dealer, where they sort the fault, it was an elecriacl problem! when they called to tell me its all dun and the final cost, they asked me if the drivers door locked with the central locking! it did when i took it there, they did say they...

i tryed to start my citroen berlingo today and it didnt fire up! so i called the aa, not that it helped! ok ere goes, i turn the key and it making a noise as it normally does but the hazard warning lights come on! iv tried my spare key and it does the same! help :cry:

hi guys one of my customer rents out 18 propertys, the letting agent says that there 3 & 4 bed property need to be tested every 5 years!! is this correct? ifso what test/safety checks will be carried out? can any sparks do it? or will they have to be with one of the part P companys...

hi, iv just won a contract to service intruder/fire/e-m and pat testing,the systems are all in the same building! could anyone tell me how long you need to test e-m's for? also in a public place is it like fire, every 6 month or the standard 12 month? many thanks

hi guys i was doing a first fix alarm in a new complete house, when i was working around a bedroom cupbaord fitter! i noticed that all the bedrooms had wall/uplighters in them, and the new cupboards where covering 2 of them, i noticed that they had been remove as they where on the floor...

I have a room which is approx 20m2 which I have purchased a solid french pine flooring for, please can someone advise me the bast way to lay this? our floor is concrete and has the plastic membrane as it is only 10 years old. Any advice would be much appreciated. :D
