Thanks for the reply scott. Not at home until tomorrow so will give it a go. I remember terminals PA but not latch. Will the terminals be marked up latch in the panel or something else?

Hello, Ive just moved into my new house and do not have the code for the alarm and 0123 does not work as original code stated in the user manual. The panel is an accenta mini, does anyone know how reset to factory settings? Thanks for any help George
