Should there be some resistance to the valve when switching manually in the airing cupboard? I just tried moving the arm on the valve and other was no resistance, it moved easily from side to side, would this stop the boiler without showing any codes??

Powered off for 40 minutes but still no go! We had hot water and heating all day until the circuit went off so assume all power connections are ok. It just isn't working, no noises, no trying to work, gas is ok (the hob works) just a blank with no fault codes??
