We have a 2nd hand (about 2 years old) hotpoint first edition 800 WM 51 machine, that wont heat up the water even on a 90 degree wash it is still stone cold. Any ideas whether there is a quick fix solution to this problem or are we looking at buying a new machine? There is also a scratchy...
