Hello everyone, Mr Nervous here again. I have a new notebook. I find it easier to use the machine if I tilt it about 10 degrees toward me. Will this adversely affect the onboard cooling system? I use a thin length of wood and make sure it does not cover the vents. Thank you.

If an electrician finds a system to be unsafe would he/she have the authority to shut the system off untill the problem it fixed and tested by an appropriate authority? I have seen many pictures of dangerous work shown on this site and it set me wondering if electricians have such athourity.
