Started with muarrif's problem, July last year replaced Thermocouple @£40 went again 3weeks later (replaced foc) then Jan this year same problem with water running hot in basin tap, hot then cool in Bath, and note even warm in Sink downstairs. New gas valve £250 ? new heater £350 not messing...
