    Ford Focus electrical fault

    Fault started yesterday..wet day....When I switch the engine off the front wipers and indicators move, flash eractically. Had to disconnect the neg side off battery to stop them When you start the car the car runs normally.

    Plastic inlet on shower

    I am swapping out my shower new for old. The new shower has a 15mm plastic inlet pipe. What is the best fitting to use to join the plastic pipe to the original copper elbow fitting. The original piping for the shower is enclosed in the wall so I can only access the elbow fitting. Suggestions thanks

    socket ring main tripped after adding spur

    Hi Folks Need more sockets in one of the bedrooms it only has one.I took a spur from this to feed x2 single sockets and one double does this mean I have 3 spurs for 1 ring main socket.Since doing this my ring main fuse has tripped x2 in last 3 hours.Any advice would be good thanks.

    Plaster advice

    Have put some plasterboard up but I have some undesirable gaps between boards and corner edges.What is best to use to fill in gaps before skimming and can you plaster on to wooden strut about 8cm in size this is above the door frame to ceiling does this needing bonding agent??
