we have just had new windows and are gettin a serious problem with condensation on the room side have the windows been fitted incorrectly or are they just faulty????

we have had new windows fitted and are having a real problem with condensation on the inside not in the cavity but on the inside i.e in the room side lol is this down to faulty fitting or just a fault with the windows in general????/

i have loose fluffy insulation in my roof i want to use the fibreglass rolls ,do i have to remove the loose insulation 1st an y advice would be helpful
