gas4you thanks for the quick reply. it is firing towards the boundary and is not a new build, although the boiler was the first to be installed in the property. 600m is a bit of a bugger, but if that is the law then thats the law. MAny thanks.

Hi I am trying to find the regulations relating to the flue outlet on a domestic gas boiler. Specifically, how far away from a neighbours property the flue should be positioned? Many thanks in advance.
