Does the same rules apply to them as to flues for boilers? Does it need to be 600mm away from your neighbors border, etc? From what I can find about extractor vents there are no specific rule about this. Or have I missed something? Reason for asking is the wall I'd prefer to put the vent...

I want to stick a ventialtion pipe (110mm) through a flat roof. Does anybody know if there is something similar to this, but for flat roofs? What I want is a sealed rubber type collar that I can just stick around the pipe and then pain around the eges with some bitumen to seal it. Thanks :)
