The hot water is switched on on the boiler, but when i turn the taps on to run a bath, it runs cold for 5 mins, then finally goes warm, not hot. but then runs warm for a while then slowly goes cold again. its driving me mad, how hard is it to just get hot water? its a combi bolier if that helps?
