How many families in the UK have 7 kids? You can probably count them with as many fingers and toes you have. You are worrying over nothing. If some are talented in breeding, then let them. Taking care of 7 kids 24/7 is significantly harder to do than whatever job you have. Its so hard to do that the parents suffered severe depression and resorted to criminality. You are unjustified to say those parents are not doing their share for the society

That's irrelevant from the stand point of benefits claiming.

The actual data suggests the problem is negligible:
