My electrician told me to wire up my whirlpool bath via a 13a spur and get an rccb. Got all this and run the relevant wires but don't know what goes to where. Can you advise please :?

Did he mean get a FCU with an integrated RCD?
It needs doing correctly so worth getting your sparks back.

He said to buy that stuff and add the rccb to the mains box but to have a 13a fused spur on the wall outside the toilet. He didn't say what direction the wires go. spur>rccb>bath or bath>spur>rccb. Only advised, not doing the work, too busy!

I think you need to get him back to clarify, does he mean installing an RCD in the consumer unit thus protecting the whole circuit or a group of circuits?
Still think it is in your best interest to have a sparky do the work, it is one of the worst places to make a mistake.

Thank you for your help, I did think he was a toy electrician so will now find someone more proffessional to do it.
