2 way lighting circuit

i am trying to put two strip lights into my garage ceiling.
there is a lighting circuit cable in the loft area which i am going to put a junction box into. i am also going to put two way switching in so i can turn the light on from either end.

my question is can i run two strip lights from the same junction box or do i need a separate one for each light.

if i need a separate one for each light then could someone point me in the right direction in terms of a circuit diagram for how to wire up the two way switching(i am okay on how to do it with one junction box but not two seperate ones)

You could feed the second light from the first. Check the reference section for diagrams
