Had to have new Battery fitted, car was running fine for a day then the engine management light came on constant (not flashing) lost power and felt sluggish can anyone help???

Some on here can probably guess the problem, personally I'd start by reading the fault codes.
The good news is most small garages now have machines which can read the fault codes. Bad news is finding one which is open!

Thanks Spark123 that was the first thing I did, but was hoping that I wouldn't have to consult a workshop..
