8x4 ply onto a roof-best method

I want to get some 8x4 sheets of ply onto the roof, its on a extenstion, about 20, 25 feet up, there is no way to make it easy, or mabye cut the boards and take them up the ladder

any thoughts, or the correct way?

two ladders, two men and a rope.

one pulling and steadying, the other pushing.

use the ladders as a slide.
 
Last month I've just lifted 20 sheets of 12mm plywood up 85' :!:

I used 2 Ratchet Tie Downing Strap and thick rope under the strap and wrapped the rope round the plywood again for extra safely

About £3 for a pair, got mine cheaper from the Pound shop ;)

Drill a hole in the ply.....and knot the rope behind the hole :LOL: :cool:
