Adjusting double glazing window

I have a gap between the window you open and the frame. Can anyone help on how to adjust the window so that it seals to the frame when shut, or do i need to consider a new window.

Unfortunately the windows are out of warranty and the company that fitted them keep fobbing me of about carrying out the work for me.

hi, could you be more specific as to where the gap is. is the actual sash out of square to the frame? or does the sash not pul up to the frame properly when you close the window. hope this makes sense.
