I recently had decorators in, putting lining paper for a nursery.
They loosened the radiator valves and tilted the rad forward to be able to paper behind it and left that way, so we can paint behind it too. Now the painting is finished (by us) I will put it back up & hang on the brackets.
It is a sealed CH system (combi boiler).

My question is: There has been /and will be some water lost from the CH system when loosening the valves to tilt the rad up & down. How do I reintroduce this water back into the system without causing any complications?

Do I just use the filling tap / valve underneath the boiler?
Should I also bleed the radiatior at the same time?

I am just worried about causing some air lock or some other problem.

Any advice appreciated
Thanks
