Hi,
I am new to the forum & need some plastering advice please.

I have a kitchen ceiling which is 5.0 LM by 2.0 LM, 10 SQM. We have had a leak collapsing about 2.2 LM by 2.0 LM, 4 SQM.The ceiling has plaster coving, which is un-affected by the leak. The whole house was skimmed in 2003.

The 4 SQM needs the laths etc taking down, boarding, maybe dubbing, then all the ceiling (10 SQM) skimming to avoid cracks.

Please can anybody say how much approximately this maybe including materials.

Regards Sean
