I have a suspended floor, and no air bricks at the rear of the house. About 15 years ago an extension was added and I can only presume they chose to pave the rear garden at floor level for some strange reason, leaving the air bricks presumable 6-12" below ground level.
The joist are currently in good condition but I'm aware I ought to get the air bricks fixed. Since the rooms facing the rear have tiled floors so there is no access from inside, what is the best way to go about reactivating them?
I plan the have the garden lanscaped in the next couple of months, is this something a garden company could perform? If not is it a DIYable job or would I need to get proffessionals in?
Regards,
Mike
