how do I get rid of air in the pipes,I have 3 hot water taps in my flat,but hot water only comes out of 1,is it air.

connect a hot tap to a mains fed cold tap

Or the old trick if you have a kitchen mixer tap of holding your hand over the nozzle, turn on the hot water and then the cold (assuming it's mains water to this tap), thus forcing cold water back up though the hot pipework.connect a hot tap to a mains fed cold tap

Top tip - assuming of course there are both hot and cold installedAnd hope the plumber didn't fit check valves
Easiest way is to bridge the hot and cold washing machine taps with one of the hoses.
