thinking of looking into the house and if air quality is an issue - other half has some fatigue etc and I have been feeling rough recently - and all test come back normal
done a lot of refurb to the house - but nothing in last year or so
i was thinking of maybe an air quality monitor - but not sure , maybe some sort of mould test
other half wants to get someone in - BUT i just feel we could do some tests and a company is bound to get into things like - CHANGE ALL the loft insulation (was put in around 2000 ish , but over some old stuff
etc etc - my son had a damp survery done for a mortgage and it was useless - pages of information that we already knew from a survey with meter readings ....... so susect it would be the same
we dont know - BUT you need to XXXXXXX at £'sssssssssss
anyway
seen the IKEA air monitor monitor around £40
any recommendations , thoughts ?????
got the air quality app and it says in our area today pm2.5 is poor 26/ug/m2
had a long chat with dyson online - maybe i just buy an airquality machine but wow are they expensive to buy and replacement filters
Update - purchased a Shark MAX from john lewis today - and disappointed i guess to see the room was 100% !!!!!! - but o think it only detects the bigger size 2.5 - although deals with small particles
I put a candle out next to it to see hat happens and it dropped to 16% and ran full speed, maybe 40mins to get back to 100%
