Alpha cb24 boiler very noisy

Problem 1

i have a Alpha CB24 boiler that makes a very loud grinding sound when the heating is switched on, after about 15 to 30 min it stops making the sound, and works ok until u turn of the heating and put it back on again and it does the same thing.

Problem 2

On the same boiler when ever i run the hot water taps the boiler makes a clicking sound for a second or two, thats every time we run the hot water taps.

I would be great full for any help and advice

Are you intending to say it only makes this grinding noise when on CH and NOT on DHW ???

It sounds as if you need a competent engineer!

It only makes a grinding sound when the CH comes on, Hot Water is always on
