android or windows tablet

Evening all.
Following on from my previous post. I can't decide which of the above would be better.
Primarily it will be used for viewing/downloading installation manuals,emailing and taking pictures.
9 or 10" ( for my ageing eyesight ) with a budget of about £150.
Any suggestions/recommendations ?

Nexus 7 for me is still the best budget tablet money can buy

I have both for work, I think it's very much chalk and cheese.

The Windows kit is pretty seamless for work, but if it's for general use I'd go for an Android
