another border prob

tomorrow i have a small job starting
room with 2 different wallpapers split by flowery border , lady wants bottom paper stripped and either lining papered & painted or just painted , question ???
best way to get a niceneat finnish on bottom of top paper , if you see what i mean

Just wondering if it possible to lift the border from the bottom very carefully about 5mm then lining paper with overlap wallpaper paste underneath the border,won't be easy though.

This looks just like your first border problem, what's the difference?
