  1. Out in Wells yesterday all people wearing masks in shops.

Amusement arcade a good half were not wearing masks.

Do we blame the government for not stating that we must wear masks in amusement arcades..

  3. Yes, we should be sensible and responsible. We also have to take our advice from the government - they have access to all the data and scientific guidelines (not that they always followed them). That's their job, to work for the people, ha ha ha ha and when they get it wrong, we should indeed blame them.

An amusement arcade is a shop. You're buying what they're selling.

  4. Exactly..... No enforcement
half not following government guidelines / rules.

Local authority set routes with arrows for people to follow. Half again not taking notice and no enforcement.

Life's goes on we just need to do our bit.

Lol at all the stupid thick Brits moaning because they can't afford another two weeks off, but not a thought about spreading their fuuking germs all over the place when they get back.

  7. Read a story on the beeb this morning about a doctor who just arrived for a holiday. He came back next day instead to avoid having to stay at home for 2 weeks, spending just one day in Spain. Annoying for him sure but at least he sorted out his priorities.

The alternative is either lock up 1000s of returning travellers into airport hotels for 2 weeks or provide personal taxis to their home address.

We saw that too. Mrs Mottie said that of all the people dashing off to Spain because the government didn’t say they couldn’t, she would have thought frontline NHS workers would avoid it like the, er, plague!

Yep, and if we were doing quarantine seriously we need to be doing that. But we aren't, so we won't.

  16. If I were the Spanish government, or any government I wouldn't let flights from the UK land.

What, and ignore the eu's most lauded principle-freedom of movement?
