I fancy getting an SDS with rotary stop for chiselling.
But I want to be able to drill through wood with it aswell.
I have seen various chuck adaptors on sale but they don't all make sense to me.
I don't see the point in splashing out on an expensive drill and not be able to use it on wood, and I don't really want to carry 2 drills around all the time either.
What say, chaps?

I have an SDS drill - it came with a 13mm keyed chuck on an SDS adapter,so can be used for "ordinary" drilling (as long as your drill has hammer stop)
But for more general drilling,I much prefer a cordless - using the SDS would be too big and heavy for any length of time :(
