Apollo Fanfare main PCB

I have one of these in hand from my old boiler (PCB is new) and I cannot remember the model number of the boiler, although I think it was a 15/30 si (manufactured in 1990).

Does anybody know what other models of Apollo Fanfare this PCB fits ?
