ATAG solar/gas combination

Hello,

I hope someone out there can give me some advice about my heating system as I have no hot water.
I have ATAG solar gas combination ZV24210H system for central heating and water heating. I moved into my house a few weeks ago and yesterday I had my kitchen fitted. Last night I discovered that I had no hot water. I contacted the kitched fitter to ask what he did to the heating system and he told me he just turned off the hot water connection, emptied the tank and turned off the power. He said when he re connected it there was hotwater.

The display doesn't show an error sign and I'm sruggling to figure out why I have no hot water. Does anyone have advice for me?

It may seem obvious, but is the green light next to the shower symbol lit? When you say there is no hot water, is there just cold water coming out of the hot tap?
What does the info button on the Brain say?

There is coldwater coming out of the Hot tap. The proramme display reads 0 - 68 and there is no shower symbol that I see on this model.

Do you have a brain unit with lcd? It could be that the hot water is turned off, but then the guy said it was working.

It has an LCD display. I moved to Holland and unfortunately my Dutch isn't good enough to read the manual

The display reads 04 - 36 for the water warming system. I'm not sure if this helps. Once again, thank you for trying tohelp me figure this out!

It sounds like a different version to what we have in the UK. I think you are going to have to ask someone local or call ATAG NL.

Thanks for your advice. Too bad I haven't had time to organise a service contract with the locals
