Bathroom pull cord light switch

I am trying to change a very old pullcord switch which has three red wires connecting to it. Two of which connect to COM 2way and are twisted together
to make it appears to one connection. The other connects to AC only. On the new switch we have three connection points L1, L2 and COM. Can anybody please advise of what wires go where.
