My Baxi 105he, 4 years old has developed a leak which I think is coming from the DHW temperature sensor where it screws into the housing. The installation and servicing manual says to turn off the water supply, remove the sensor wires and unscrew the sensor. I intend to renew the sealing washer but is a leak from these commonplace, straightforward to fix? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

Rare probably never tightened properly in first place. turn cold off under boiler and open hot tap takes minutes to change.

usual leak is on gland nut on the front of divertor valve
