I have a Baxi Bermuda 552 Back Boiler and was told by my gas safe engineer who services it that the ignition is on its way out. Hence, tricky to reignite.
When I asked him if he could replace it, he said that the problem is getting the parts as is a very old boiler and it's unlikely he'd be able to get the parts.
Have had a search online and can see lots of places selling these parts, some of them official Baxi parts.
Will ask him in detail next time he's round but just wanted to ask on here whether I'm missing something.
I know it's an old boiler but it works well when running and really don't want to get rid of it just yet, just for an ignition switch.
Thoughts anyone?
Thanks
